I will coordinate volunteers and tasks, track key performance indicators, and create monthly updates for AFU's legislative priorities

I will coordinate fundraising committee volunteers and tasks, track key performance indicators, and create monthly updates

I will reach out to supporters and ask them to join the Circle of Hope with a recurring donation

I will coordinate events committee volunteers, track key performance measures of event success, and prepare updates on these measures

I will track all volunteer roles in the organization, update volunteers assigned to active roles, and recruit people to fill open roles

I will organize and share training materials with trainers and volunteers

I will create Google accounts for new volunteers who have been onboarded

I will assist others with more complex tasks on Nationbuilder website software (this position requires some research and training but previous knowledge not required)

I will listen to press training, share with individuals, follow up to check on their knowledge, conduct mock press interviews, and give feedback

I will set up Google analytics to measure goals and conversions

I will edit and publish pages on the website.

I will post updates from American Families United on facebook

I will post to American Families United's twitter account from Nationbuilder website software

I will draft two-page issue descriptions highlighting problem, statistics, and solutions

I will create a survey page and email supporters to ask them to complete surveys

I will help to create and edit videos

I will create a package for the press

I will create and distribute a survey to event attendees to rate travel package, hotel, and level of preparedness

I will help lobby day participants remotely via facebook messenger and check in with people to ask for key meeting feedback

I will create a packet for constituents that includes information on scheduled meetings and how to prepare for them

I will serve as a resource for the press on lobby days

I will share lobby day photos in real time on social media

I will edit constituent stories for focus, brevity, and a clear ask.

I will follow up with constituents and document feedback from legislative meetings

I will help people schedule meetings with Representatives, Senators, and their staff

I will prepare constituents for local meetings

I will edit speeches for focus and brevity

I will draft a one-page messaging plan for speakers at public events

I will coordinate press events with legislators' offices
