  Hi my name is Gilberto Villegas. Wife permanent bar false oral claim 2005. Per an attorney in one of your emails Carlos Batara. Wife can obtain pardon through something he referred to as an extreme hardship, but he is asking for FOIA and 1500 dlls upfront for him to tell me if my wife has a chance. I have consulted with other attorneys and they have all said no waiver for false claim to US citizenship after 1996. Since Mr. Batara was featured in one of your articles, I am asking for some advice if possible. I work day job at non profit and evening job as a delivery driver, if there is something I can be of help please let me know. Thank you.
