  My mom has permanent bar (212 a 6 c). My father passed away. I cannot apply for mom due to this permanent bar. Why do you not do something about this. You are only talking about spouses and parents petitioning. How about US citizen applying petitions for parents. She is old and can’t take care of herself. I have travel frequently to Bangladesh for this. You are not including everyone. Why?
